You know you are a Librarian when...

you are stuck in traffic so you begin to translate licence plate numbers to Dewey numbers. Hmmmm... NY 746, must be a knitter.

Alison! You know Dewey! It's the three digit number used to organize nonfiction. When you look up a knitting book at the library, the call number will be 746. So when I saw 3-digit licence plates, I used them as Dewey numbers! Get it?
