I guess I'm not a librarian cause I have no idea what you're talking about!
Alison! You know Dewey! It's the three digit number used to organize nonfiction. When you look up a knitting book at the library, the call number will be 746. So when I saw 3-digit licence plates, I used them as Dewey numbers! Get it?
